Our Glass Balustrade and Steel Handrail Systems
We offer a range of different glass balustrades and handrail systems, all of which can be adapted as required using our simple modular system. Our frameless glass and channel tube systems are especially popular as they provide an extremely stylish look which helps to open up the space considerably if installed indoors, and allows light and views to be uninterrupted outdoors.
Our glass balustrade systems, including those with steel handrails, can be installed either inside the home or office, or outdoors as patio or balcony balustrades. Easy to maintain, glass is the perfect material as it is both robust and stylish, serving both a practical purpose as well as helping to complement and lift the existing decor and architecture.
Comparing Balustrade Systems
The four main types of glass and stainless steel balustrade solutions we deliver include:
- Glass Channel Tube System
- Frameless Balustrade System
- Professional Glass Balustrading
- Wire Rope Infill
Each of these systems offers its own benefits, and the individual elements can be integrated in a variety of ways to enable a solution that's as individual as your home or business premises.
Glass Channel Tube System
This is a very simple form of balustrade installation but which provides an outstanding look. The tubing around the top or edges provides a channel into which the glass frames sit. The handrail is optional, although if you do decide not to include the rail then we advise choosing the 19mm system. Customers tend to select the glass channel tube system primarily either because of its stylish appearance, or the fact that it is extremely straightforward to assemble and install.
A video is available in the product section of our site which demonstrates how to install this balustrade, or if you prefer you can print easy to use instructions instead. When completed this balustrade system will measure 1100mm from base to top.

Frameless Balustrade System
This is ideal if you are looking to maximise visibility as this provides the clearest view through. This is a popular choice for patios and balconies, or for those areas which could benefit from being opened up and given a more spacious feel. This balustrade system also offers the option to include a handrail if you wish, although again we recommend choosing the 19mm system if you decide not to include the handrail.
When constructed the frameless glass balustrade will measure 1100mm from base plate to top rail, and whilst instructions are available to print we have also included a helpful video in our product section which demonstrates the installation process clearly.

Professional Systems
For the ultimate in looks and style the professional glass balustrade is in a league of its own, with clean, bright stainless steel uprights separating glass panels in between to create a sophisticated, modern appearance. Despite its stunning appearance it's actually extremely easy to construct with all posts pre-assembled. For step by step help just take a look at our video, or download the installation instructions.
When installing our professional glass balustrades we advise spacing the posts between 1000mm and 1200mm apart. Once finished this glass and steel balustrade measures 1100mm in height.
