Using the latest technology all purchase orders are registered immediately on our systems and printed in the warehouse. With our modern automated storage facility all stock items are collected the same day and despatched via carrier for next day delivery to all UK mainland address. A prompt delivery is critical ensuring you receive your products in good time. All we ask that you provide complete contact details including daytime contact number to ensure your items are despatched on-time. Without a daytime contact number your items cannot be sent.
If you reside in highlands of Scotland, Ireland, Channel Islands or any Island of UK mainland please call before making your purchase for a correct carriage cost as additional charges apply.
UK mainland will receive free delivery for all orders over £75. FREE DELIVERY - Only applies to orders placed ONLINE over the net value of £75.00 excluding VAT. Telephone orders will NOT qualify for free delivery, therefore if you wish to benefit from Free Delivery you must order ONLINE and to avoid upset please DO NOT call to place an order with free delivery as it will not qualify. This applies to all new, existing and account holder customers. GLASS is EXCLUDED from FREE DELIVERY please call with all glass orders.
Important Note:
When making a purchase it is imperative that you check with the carrier that you are signing for the correct number of packages and that no damage has occurred. Also, you must check the contents of the packages upon receipt and notify us within 5 working days of any damage or missing items, after this time we cannot and will not accept responsibility.
