Free Delivery
Free delivery only applies to orders placed ONLINE over the net value of £75.00 excluding VAT. Telephone orders will NOT qualify for free delivery, therefore if you wish to benefit from free delivery you must order online and to avoid upset please DO NOT CALL to place an order with Free Delivery as it will not qualify. This applies to all new, existing and account holder customers. GLASS is EXCLUDED from FREE delivery please call for all glass orders.

Pricing
All prices are in British Pounds and are inclusive of Value Added Tax. We reserve the right to adjust the VAT element if this changes. The cost of transporting goods (“Carriage & Insurance Costs”) is set out in the ‘Delivery’ section of this website and is based on the shipping location. These Carriage & Insurance Costs shall be added to the price to be paid by you.
Payment
Payment for all Products must be by major credit or debit card. Payment will be taken at the time of order. Payment shall not be deemed to be made until we have received cleared funds in respect of the full amount stated in the order.
Prices are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you confirmation.
It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our Website may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a Product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Product to you.
If a Product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our Website, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the goods, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.
We are under no obligation to provide the goods to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing.
